Rachel L. Goldman, PhD (aka Dr. Rachel) is a nationally recognized clinical psychologist, speaker, and consultant specializing in the mind–body connection. A leading expert in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), she focuses on stress reduction, disordered eating, and health behavior change. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and runs a private practice in NYC.
