I'm a clinical psychologist, speaker, consultant, and author based in New York City, dedicated to helping you achieve lasting health and wellness. I take a holistic approach to mental health, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to empower my clients with practical tools for managing life's challenges. My areas of expertise include stress management, burnout, health behavior change, disordered eating, and weight management.
As a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, I bring evidence-based strategies to my work, helping individuals build resilience and sustainable habits. Whether it's through one-on-one sessions, supervision with psychiatry residents or peers, speaking engagements, or media collaborations, I am passionate about creating spaces for learning, growth, and connection.
My work has been featured in various media outlets, and I've had the privilege of sharing the stage with Oprah on multiple occasions as an expert guest, consulting on the award-winning film The Whale, and serving as the psychologist on Love Thy Nader.
